Absolutely! Renocon adheres to all building regulations concerning Home Warranty. As per the Building Regulations Act, all our works are covered for a period of 6 years. We prioritize the safety and security of our clients, which is why Renocon is fully insured.
Indeed, foundation damage can significantly affect the resale value of your property. Prospective buyers may request a significant reduction in the sale price, and you may also encounter an extended period on the market as potential buyers opt for other options.
Unlike many builders who rely on approximate square meter rates and total costs, we adopt a more meticulous approach when presenting our formal quotation. We understand that architecturally designed projects with custom specifications require a comprehensive assessment. We recognize the significant variations in fittings, fixtures, and finishes from one project to another. Therefore, we refrain from utilizing the square meter rate approach, as we prioritize accuracy and specificity tailored to your unique project requirements.
Our tender process follows a structured 3-stage approach:
Stage 1: This initial stage commences with a site visit and an introductory meeting involving the client and architect. We carefully evaluate project suitability by conducting a thorough review of our company's questionnaire. This step allows us to assess the alignment of the project objectives with all parties involved.
Stage 2: In this stage, we diligently prepare a comprehensive Bill of Quantities specific to the project. Additionally, we submit a Request for Information to address any discrepancies in the drawings or seek clarification on project-related inquiries.
Stage 3: The final stage involves the submission of a formal proposal for the project. Alongside our quotation, we provide the option for an open tender review. This means we are available to sit down with the client, offering assistance in comparing and cross-checking other received tenders. Our aim is to ensure that the client can accurately assess tenders that have allowed for the same Scope of Works, facilitating a fair and informed decision-making process.

Renocon is able to look after all the co-ordination work that goes into a project from early concept drawings and Development Applications to full completion of construction work. We believe that the design component for any project plays a crucial role and as such, we prefer to engage architects to do the design work for our projects. Having an architect assisting with the design of the project adds tremendous value to the property and ensures that you end up with a unique property customised to your particular needs.
We offer our clients exclusive access to our online construction management software, enabling them to stay informed with daily site updates. Additionally, we prioritize effective communication by scheduling regular on-site meetings with the client throughout the construction process, typically occurring once every fortnight. Our commitment to providing this access stems from our belief in empowering our clients. We want them to feel comfortable, involved, and reassured that their project is being handled with utmost care. This approach not only helps prevent misunderstandings but also ensures that our clients have the opportunity to voice any concerns, ask questions, and actively participate in every stage of the project.
Our main focus lies within the eastern suburbs and north shore region of Sydney. However, we are also open to considering projects in other areas, extending beyond these regions, depending on the specific project requirements.
In contrast to larger companies, our company operates with a distinct approach. Our directors actively participate in each project, ensuring their personal involvement and dedicated attention. We prioritize limiting the number of projects we undertake annually, enabling us to uphold our stringent standards and deliver exceptional results.
